Before you open it

Windows will show a warning. That's expected.

PruPru.exe doesn't have a publisher's digital certificate yet — that's why Windows Defender SmartScreen blocks the first run of any new program, even a safe one. It's not a virus, Windows is just being cautious with an unfamiliar file. The two steps below fix it.

How to allow it to run

Click "More info"

As soon as PruPru.exe opens, this screen shows up first.

Click "Run anyway"

The screen expands and unlocks this second option — it's what opens the app.

Alternative

Prefer to unblock it before opening?

Right-click PruPru.exe → Properties → check "Unblock" at the bottom of the General tab → OK. The SmartScreen warning won't show up again.
